Your Account

I can't login, or I forgot my username or password.

If you can't login, check to make sure that your "caps lock" key is off. Your username and password are CaSe SeNsItIvE. Also try closing and opening your browser. If you still cannot login, you can request to reset your password or contact us.

How can I delete my account?

If you are absolutely sure that you want to delete your account, you can do so by clicking the following link Delete My Account Please note that your account will be permanently deleted and irrecoverable and all commissions will be forfeited!
Premium Members please cancel your subscription, once downgraded to a Free Account you can then delete your account.

How can I update my profile?

To update your profile, you must visit the Edit Profile page. You can move through the different parts of your profile by clicking the tabs at the top of the page.

How do I update or change my credit card info?

Premium Accounts are setup up as recurring subscriptions. Friendline.com DOES NOT STORE MEMBER CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. All credit card information is stored on ALERTPAY'S highly secure server's. If you wish to update please login to your Alertpay account and update accordingly.

I recieved a subscription created and subscription renewed email

Our subscription processor sends out an email notifying you when your subscription account is created upon initial registration. Once payment is processed our system sends a second email notifying you that your subscription was successfully renewed. This is the email you will receive every month once your subscription is automatically renewed. You only received both due to recently signing up. You will only be billed for the current month.

Receiving Commissions

How-It-Works

How does the site work?

A user has the option to sign up for a Premium account which is $29.95/monthly or opt for a Free account. Free accounts are limited on site content and need more points to cash in for offers. Free users are also restricted to a set number of Photo, Video, and other media uploads but can still enjoy the site.

Our marketing program is the same as an affiliate program for magazine sales, Premium users can earn $10.00 per lead that generates a sale of a Premium account. Free users are subject to a $5.00 commission and must upgrade to earn $10.00 per sale lead. The subscriptions are recurring, meaning every time the Premium account is renewed the user who generated the lead is paid their affiliate commission!
